Shipping policy

At Vaughn Shay Apparel, we value our customers!

Our goal is to package your order with precision and care as quickly as possible. Our team is working hard to fulfill all incoming orders while also following all health and safety protocols. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

Once processed, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Vaughn Shay Apparel offers competitive shipping rates to any destination within the United States via USPS and UPS. We also offer express delivery options via UPS and USPS Next Day Air.

All shipping options and prices will be displayed on the checkout page once the shipping address has been entered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United States at this time. We plan to offer international shipping options soon, please check back.

RETURNS

We will accept the return of any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when making a return. Customers may want to include tracking on your package. Please note that return shipping is non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

We strive to safely secure your package but sometimes damages occur during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please email us right away with a photo.

Whether your product is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and either replace the product or process a full refund right away.
